What is the Certified POSH Specialist + POSH Train the Trainer (TTT) course?

It is a practical Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) training course and dual certification by Metier HR Services and HR Trainings. As a Certified POSH Specialist you learn the POSH Act, 2013, employer compliance, POSH policy drafting, compliance audits and the working of the Internal Committee (ICC). The POSH Train the Trainer (TTT) part prepares you to design and conduct POSH awareness trainings yourself.

Who needs POSH training under the law?

Every workplace with 10 or more employees must constitute an Internal Committee. Section 19 of the POSH Act also requires employers to organise workshops and awareness programmes for employees and orientation programmes for Internal Committee members at regular intervals. Trained POSH specialists and trainers deliver these.

How long is the course?

About 3–4 weeks, with 2–3 live smart classes every week, taught in real time by Milan Surana and subject-matter expert trainers.
