POSH stands for Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace. The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, known as the POSH Act, requires every workplace to prevent sexual harassment, set up an Internal Committee and resolve complaints fairly.
